Overview:
Portfolio allows you to take an in depth look at specific investments, easily accessing key performance metrics, like valuation bridges and sector breakdowns.
How to access deal portfolio information
Click the hamburger icon (≡) to open the menu. The menu opens in a left-hand sidebar, select Portfolio.
When you open My Portfolio for the first time, you’ll be greeted by a page to set your reporting currency.
Hover over the Deal Name in the Investments table to identify an internal deal and click on its row in the table to access its reporting. From left to right, we have the Overview, Unit Classes and Documents tabs.
The Overview tab provides greater detail about the deal. Here you’ll find up to eight statistic cards that display data related to the internal deal. From left to right, there is the Date of Investment, Invested, Distributions, Valuations, ROI, Profit/Loss (P/L), Units Held and Tax Relief.
Like the Investments table, the Profit/Loss (P/L) is colour-coded in green or red to identify high and low-performing investments.
Underneath, you’ll find the Valuation and Cumulative Distribution Timelines displayed as line graphs. You can filter them to display data over weeks, months or years.
The Unit Classes tab lists all of the unit class fees that have been added to the internal deal you’ve invested in. These are displayed in a tabular list view, with table items including the name, Invested, Units Held and Tax that are specific to the unit class.
Click on one from the list to view this information in a dashboard, along with transactions associated with that unit class. From left to right, we have the Date, Transaction Type, Unit Change, Price Per Unit, Transaction Value, Distribution and Comment listed in the Transactions table.
The Documents tab hosts any post-investment documentation uploaded by the deal team that is relevant to the performance, or actions that need to be taken on the deal. Files are displayed in a tabular list view, grouped under file types such as Subscription Notices, Distribution Notices and Capital Calls.
Any files listed will be available for you to download, review and store for your own records.
