Overview:
Portfolio allows you to gain instant access to real-time valuation data and critical performance metrics around the clock, empowering informed decision-making.
Easily monitor committed, called, and distributed capital across investor portfolios, providing a clear investment overview.
How to access Portfolio on your Delio platform
Click the hamburger icon (≡) to open the menu. The menu opens in a left-hand sidebar, select Portfolio.
When you open My Portfolio for the first time, you’ll be greeted by a page to set your reporting currency.
From here, you can monitor key portfolio insights, analyse real-time overviews of performance and add external asset data to create a truly holistic portfolio view.
Statistics cards at the top display valuable data and metrics including total investments, current valuation, the amount invested, cumulative distributions, profit or loss and Return on Investment (ROI).
Underneath, is the Investments table. This presents an overview of data on your deals, including the date, Initial Investment, and Value.
Check the Total Profit (Loss) and ROI columns to identify high and low-performing investments. These are colour-coded in green and red.
You can select each deal from the list to access tailored reporting and an area where you can manage asset data relating to any external investments.
All portfolio-related insights about valuation, profit, top-performing deals and distribution are presented in graphs and charts. You can make use of the filtering tools to focus on the information you want to see.
Display data in the Valuation Timeline over weeks, months or years and hover over the plot points to interact with the graph. You can also omit information from the keys of the Profit Breakdown and Top 10 Deals Breakdown to manipulate the displays. Just select each plot point to add and remove as you see fit.
