Overview
Once an Investor has been added to the platform, the invite may need to be approved before the email invitation is generated and sent to the Investor.
The client pre-Invite approval process is specific to your platform. If you wish to alter the client pre-Invite approval process and do not have access to this area, or if you do not have the permission to approve users, please contact your Account Manager.
Note - only certain accounts will have access to these settings. Please speak to your Account Manager if you require access.

How to approve an Investor Invite
Click the hamburger icon (≡) to open the menu.
Choose the Manage Investor option in your left-hand side menu.
On this page, use the Pending Investors tab to access all the Investor records that have been added but not yet approved.
Click on the email of the Investor that you wish to approve.
Once in the desired record, use the Manage Invite option to access the invite for this Investor.
On the left-hand side, you will see the approval steps, where you will be able to click on each step involved.
Once all steps are approved you will see the text updates to show Investor invitation sent.
Please note that the specifics of this process may differ for your organisation.
