How to get a username reminder

If you have forgotten your username to log into the platform, you can request a reminder by clicking the Forgot your username text on the login screen.

You will then be prompted to input your registered email address into the text field.

You will shortly receive an email containing your username reminder. If you cannot see the email in your main inbox, please be sure to check your spam folder.

Please note - it might take a couple of minutes to receive the email.
