How to reset an Entrepreneur’s password

Overview


In the event an Entrepreneur forgets their password, it will need to be reset.


Note - Entrepreneurs access their accounts through a distinct URL that is generated upon invitation and signup. For instance:


If the organisation's platform URL is YourOrganisation.Delio.com,


then the entrepreneur's sub-domain URL would be TheirCompanyName.YourOrganisation.Delio.com.

The Entrepreneur should ensure they're logging in using their unique login link, provided specifically upon signup, rather than the parent (organisation) platform URL, before attempting to reset their password. 


They should also verify that they're using their username, not their email address if they differ.


If they're still unable to log in, they should click on Forgot your password to initiate the password reset process.

Enter the username linked to their Entrepreneur account into the prompt to receive an email containing a password reset link. 


Upon submission, they'll receive a confirmation indicating that an email has been dispatched with the reset link. It's crucial to double-check that the correct username is used, as the confirmation message will appear even if an incorrect username is entered.

The Entrepreneur will receive an email from 'do-not-reply@notification.deliowealth.com' containing their username. 


If they haven't received it and can't see it in their spam/junk folder, they should try again, ensuring they're using the correct email address. 


If the issue persists, contact help@delio.freshdesk.com to reach the Delio Support Team who will send out another password reset email.


Once they receive the email, they should click the Reset Password button to access the password change/reset screen and complete the password reset.

After selecting Reset Password, the Entrepreneur will be directed to the page below, where they will have the opportunity to reset their password following our security suggestions.
