If you have forgotten your password to log into the platform, you can request to reset your password by clicking the Forgot your password? link on the login screen.
You will then be prompted to input your username into the text field. Please beware that the username is not always the same as the email.
A link will be sent to this email address which will allow you to reset your password. If you cannot see the email in your main inbox, please be sure to check your spam/junk folder.
