How to generate an Entrepreneur’s username reminder

Overview


In the event an Entrepreneur forgets their password, a reminder can be sent.


While it is similar to the Internal User username reminder, it is slightly different. It's worth noting that while some Entrepreneurs might have set their email as their username, not all have done so.


Note - Entrepreneurs access their accounts through a distinct URL that is generated upon invitation and signup. For instance:


If the organisation's platform URL is YourOrganisation.Delio.com,


then the Entrepreneur's sub-domain URL would be TheirCompanyName.YourOrganisation.Delio.com.

How an Entrepreneur can generate a username reminder


Before attempting to reset the username, the Entrepreneur should ensure they are logging in using their unique login link provided upon signup, rather than the parent (organisation) platform URL. 


Additionally, they should verify that they're using their username, not their email address if they differ.


If the Entrepreneur is still unable to log in, they should click on Forgot your username to initiate the username retrieval process.

The Entrepreneur should enter the email address associated with their account into the prompt to receive a reminder of their username. 


Following this, they will receive confirmation that an email has been sent with their username. 


It's important to ensure that the correct email address is used, as the confirmation message will still appear even if an incorrect email address is entered.

The Entrepreneur will receive an email from do-not-reply@notification.deliowealth.com containing their username. 


If they have not received it and cannot find it in their spam/junk folder, they should attempt again, ensuring they are using the correct email address.
