Within the next 15 minutes, the investor will receive an email prompting them to fill out the registration form, which will guide them through the subsequent steps.

How to bulk upload investors

At the top of the screen, you'll see a box that asks if you have a pre-built list of investors. Click on the Bulk Upload button in this box to expand it.

The Bulk Upload Template contains all the fields on the Investor invite form, arranged into columns.

There's an "auto_send" column to specify whether invites are to be sent automatically. Enter "Yes" (with a capital letter) to send invites or "No" (with a capital letter) to not send an invitation.

Once you've filled out the necessary details in the Excel bulk upload template, save the file.

Then, either click or drag the document into the designated upload box. The system will process your template.

While it usually notifies you upon successful processing, it's wise to double-check the investors' details before attempting a second upload.
