Overview
Internal users have the capability to leave notes on an Investor's account. These notes serve as a convenient space to record additional information not captured within the Investor profile, such as their work phone number, availability hours, and more.
It's important to note that these internal notes are accessible to other internal users and system administrators. However, they remain invisible to the Investors themselves.
