How to bulk upload Investors


Overview


When adding Investors to the Delio platform, you can do them manually one by one or opt to upload them in bulk and streamline the process.

How to bulk upload Investors

On the platform, click the hamburger icon (≡) to open the menu. The menu opens in a left-hand sidebar.

Click on the Investors button located within the Manage section, this will direct you to the Manage Investors page.

Click the Add Investor button, which will then redirect you to the Add Investor page.

On the Add Investor page, click on the Bulk Upload button, which will initiate the download of a template to your computer.

Complete all the required information within the templated spreadsheet, each column will be a field within the Investor’s profile. 

You have the option to decide whether to send the invitations immediately or at a later time by adding the following in the ‘auto_send’ column:

  • 'Yes' - send invitations automatically after uploaded 

  • 'Later' - save the user details in a draft format until you choose to invite them at a later stage.

Check that all entered data contains no blank spaces and save the file in .csv format.

After filling out all the necessary information, upload the completed spreadsheet to the upload box on the Delio platform.
