How upload images to a deal
Firstly, create or enter a draft deal and go to the Deal Description text box where you input deal information.
Select Insert on the text box editor and select Image from the drop down menu.
This will open the Insert/Edit Image pop up, where you can upload images two ways:
The General upload tab allows you to upload images via online links/URLs.
The Upload tab will allow you to upload an image from your computer. Once uploaded, you will be redirected to the General tab, which is where you can change image dimensions and add an alternative description.
When successfully uploaded, the image will appear within the text editor where it can be resized or formatted if needed.
How to Add Videos and Photos to a Deal using Links/URLs :
Create a deal and head to the Deal Description box where you would usually input deal information.
This can be done in almost any deal tab other than those that are already templated, such as the Global Goals and Team tab.
Navigate to the top toolbar of the text editing box, select Insert and then select Media from the dropdown menu.
Insert your media URL, the platform will automatically set the dimensions for you according to the size of the image/video you are inserting.
If the Lock icon next to your media dimensions is locked, it means that when you resize it within the text editor it will resize in proportion (we recommend this to prevent media being warped by improper resizing or scaling)
Once you have inserted your URL into the 'General' Source field, an embed link will be generated, this can be used to upload your media in the same way as above after selecting the “Save“ button. Embed links can also be pasted into this box to upload media.
When successfully uploaded via URL, the uploaded image/video thumbnail will show in the text editor, this can be resized or formatted just like any other media.
