How to add an off platform investment

Overview

Consolidate all relevant investment information in one centralised location by incorporating off-platform investments into your deals. Allowing you to monitor and manage every aspect of your investments within your Delio platform.

How to access the Transaction Management tab of a deal

Click the hamburger icon (≡) to open the menu. The menu opens in a left-hand sidebar.

Select My Deals which will take you to the Explore Deals screen.

Select the deal to which you'd like to incorporate an off-platform investment.

Once you are on the deal’s page, click the Transaction Management tab.

How to add an off-platform investment to a deal

After navigating to the Transaction Management tab, click Add Transaction.

From the dropdown menu, select Add External.

An external transaction pop-up will appear. Here, you can provide a name for the external transaction, specify its current stage, and enter the date.

Once you've entered the desired information, click the Save button to proceed.

You will now be able to advance the off-platform deal through the Transaction Management workflow.
