How to publish a deal

Overview:


Within the Delio Core platform, you can add, edit and publish deals to promote investment opportunities to investors.

How to Publish a Deal


To begin, navigate to the main homepage of our platform. Click on the icon with a circle and plus in the top right corner to reveal a dropdown menu.

From the dropdown menu, choose the initial option Add Deal.

After selecting Add Deal, you'll be directed to a new page where you can input essential details about the deal. These include the deal name, structure, asset class, currency, investor type, deal ID, and transaction management flow.


Create a deal main page


Once all the necessary information has been entered, click the Continue button in the bottom right corner of the page. A deal will then be created for you.

How to add additional information and documents to the deal


Upon completing the basic details for the deal, you will be taken to a subsequent page where you can add additional information as needed.

At the top of the page, you'll find options to enhance the deal presentation. Here you can include an image, provide a Deal Summary, specify the Deal Sponsor, and opt to display the Deal ID


You can add further detail by specifying Deal Availability, setting a Minimum Investment amount, and choose to display the Funding Secured bar if desired.

As you scroll down, additional fields for Deal Type and Deal Description will become accessible, allowing you to add further details about the deal.

On the Documents tab you can upload new documents and create new folders. To initiate these actions, simply click on the designated button and follow the provided instructions.

Within a deal you can add a number of tabs, each displaying additional information. These can be added on a case by case basis and make it easier for investors to find the information they need.


How to add a company or deal team


To add some more personality and engagement to your deal, you can add the team members involved in the investment opportunity.


To do this, click the Add Tab button located in the middle right side of your screen. Then, select Team from the drop-down menu.

This action will generate a new tab labelled Team. Next, click the Add button, prompting a new pop-up screen to appear.

This will prompt you to input the individual's Full Name and their respective role within the company. Additionally, you have the option to provide additional details such as LinkedIn link, Twitter (X) link, a brief description, and upload the member's image.

There's no limit to the number of individuals you can add to the team - feel free to include as many as needed.


How to add a Parent Entity


A Parent Entity can be added to your deal to provide some more background information on the investment vehicle. 


Click on the Add Tab button, located in the middle right side of your screen. Then, select Parent Entity from the drop-down menu.

This action will generate a new tab labelled Parent Entity. You'll need to input the Entity Name, Entity Description, and upload an Entity Image. Optional fields are available for any additional information you may wish to provide.

How to add Fund Strategy 


A fund strategy can help investors understand what type of investment they’re making and how it will be deployed.


Click the Add Tab button situated on the middle right side of your screen. Then, select Fund Strategy from the drop-down menu.

This action will establish a new tab named Fund Strategy. Here, you can input the Fund Description. After providing the description of the fund, click the Sector button located below.

After clicking the Sector button, a pop-up window will appear, allowing you to select the sector relevant to your fund. Once you've made your selection, click the Add button at the bottom to confirm.

How to add a custom tab


If one of our preset tabs doesn't match what you’d like to showcase, or you want to add more, there’s the option to add a custom tab. 


Click on the Add Tab button located in the middle right side of your screen. Then, select Custom from the drop-down menu.

Upon selecting Custom, you'll be directed to a new tab. Here you provide a Tab Title and will find a free text box where you can input any additional information you desire. This includes adding more text, images, or even videos to customise the tab according to your preferences.

How to publish the deal


Once you've configured the deal, simply locate the Continue to Manage Deal button situated in the bottom right corner of the screen, and click on it to proceed.

Upon clicking the button, you'll be directed to a new screen with a Publish button located in the top right corner of your screen. Once pressed, the deal will become accessible to investors classified for the deal, allowing them to view it.

Congratulations! Your deal has been successfully published and is now ready for viewing by your investors.
