How to add a welcome message to your platform

Overview

Your homepage is the first page your clients see after they log in to the platform. Here, you can feature a banner message to welcome people to the platform, present your latest news article and display your most recently published investment opportunities. It offers the chance to create a familiar brand experience using your own imagery and prompt users to take action.

Click the hamburger icon (≡) to open the menu. The menu opens in a left-hand sidebar.

Select Settings to open up the settings menu.

Click on Manage Homepage. This will open up your homepage settings.

On the left hand menu, select Welcome Messages. Here you can add different messages for Investors, Internal Users and Entrepreneurs.

Further personalise the welcome message by incorporating personalisation tokens {{title}}, {{forename}} and {{surname}} into the message.

For example, if you want to welcome someone with their title and surname you’d use: Welcome {{title}} {{surname}}
