How to update your profile on Communities

Overview

You may need to update your profile on Communities from time to time. This is simple to do so you can ensure all details are accurate and up-to-date.

How to access your Community Profile

Starting on the home page. Click the hamburger icon (≡) to open the menu. The menu opens in a left-hand sidebar.

Select Communities from the list to open up the Communities page.

Note: If this is your first time accessing Communities, you'll be prompted to create a new profile.

You can edit your Community Profile at any time by clicking on your profile picture located on the top left side of the Community Main Feed page.

Clicking on your profile picture will open up a profile tab. 

From here, select Edit Profile, which will take you to another tab where you can fully customise your profile.

How to edit your profile

When you're on the Edit Profile page, you'll see all of your profile information displayed, including your organisation name, role, and more.

Make your changes, and once happy click Save.
