Overview
In Communities, you can create specialised groups to facilitate more focused interactions among smaller subsets of users. These Communities can revolve around specific deals, deal types, or general investment sectors. They offer a variety of visibility settings, enabling like-minded individuals to connect seamlessly on the platform.
Community homepages are fully customisable, allowing members to edit pictures, create posts, view linked deals, and interact with other members.

How to create a Community
Click the hamburger icon (≡) to open the menu. The menu opens in a left-hand sidebar.
Select Communities.
To create a new Community, click the Create button located in the My Communities box on the right-hand side of the Community Main Feed.
This will take you to the Create Community screen, where you can set up your own Community. This page offers various customisable options, including editing the name, description, avatar, adding a banner, and linking to a deal.
When setting up a Community, you have three visibility options:
Public: fully visible to all investors who have created a profile within communities, either in the explore area or when linked to a deal.
Private: visible in the explore area or when linked to a deal, but users must request to join and be accepted before accessing posts.
Hidden: not visible unless a user has been invited or views a linked deal.
Please note - newly created communities are not automatically visible to other members and require approval from an admin before others can join or interact with them.
Managing your Community
To manage the Communities you're a member of, click the View my communities button in the My Communities box located on the right side of the Community Main Feed.
This will open the Explore Communities page. Here, you can browse various communities on the platform, exploring those that catch your interest.
You can filter and sort your search by date, visibility type, and other variables. Clicking on any search result will lead you to the home page of that Community.
