How to enable watermarking on PDF downloads

Overview

The Delio Core platform can apply a user-identifying watermark to PDF documents when they are downloaded. 

This feature aids in the identification of the user linked to a specific document download. Enhancing the security of the download process, safeguarding your digital assets and ensuring the integrity and authenticity of their content. To have the feature enabled please speak to your Account Manager.

Click the hamburger icon (≡) to open the menu. The menu opens in a left-hand sidebar.

Select Settings to open up the settings menu.

From here select Manage Documents to open Document Settings.

Select the Document Watermarking tab. Here you can choose to enable document watermarks to be applied to Investors, Internal Users, and Entrepreneur user levels.

A preview of how the watermark will appear on documents is also shown on this page.

Once enabled, documents downloaded as PDFs by all users at that level will have a watermark automatically applied.
