How to disable the promote function when publishing a deal

Overview

The Delio platform has a pop-up prompt asking if you would like to promote a deal after publishing. We understand that this feature can sometimes be activated accidentally, and as such there is a way to disable it to prevent this happening.

How to access the Deal Management settings

Starting on the home page. Click the hamburger icon (≡) to open the menu. The menu opens in a left-hand sidebar.

Click the My Deals button, which will take you to the Explore Deals screen. 

Click Platform Deal Settings, which will open up the Deal Settings page.

How to disable the promote function

After accessing the Deal Management page, open the Deal Communications tab.

Select Promotion Setting on the left-hand side.

Click the button to deactivate the promote function after publishing the deal.
